The Invisible originally was found by accident, but when I realized I couldn't stop coming back to that accident there was a good reason why I found them... The Invisible are an English band based in London, United Kingdom and fronted by the singer and guitarist Dave Okumu. The band formed as Okumu's solo project but quickly developed into a full-fledged band with friends Tom Herbert (bass & synthesizer) and Leo Taylor (drums). This band is a mix of electronic and folk, their dreamy twist is the use of instrumentation mixed synthesizers and drum breaks creating an obvious Jazzified vibe. The song that had me hooked from the start is Life Dancer's which released in 2016. These artist have made releases up until 2017, so within the next year or two with enough pick up by the fans this band should be set to release more music soon! Give this dreamy trio a listen that you will not regret.

Last and certainly not least is a well known artist that re-grabbed my attention after he started to gain quite a following for himself. Alex Crossan aka Mura Masa (from Japanese sword-smith Muramasa Sengo) a Guernsey-born electronic music producer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has not only made a name for himself over seas, but in the states too. With notable features of A$AP Rocky, Charlie XCX, Dua Lipa among others before mura masa was creating with features he was creating with samples from famous artists such as Childish Gambino. The track that grabbed my attention from the moment I relived it on famous YouTube channel Majestic Casual is a vocal sampled melody from Donald Glover atop a beautifully bass-heavy instrumental that only Crossan could provide. Titled I'll be alright songs like this are a gem to come across. With the thought of "this could be the end of that sound..." Mura Masa less than a year ago released a 2 song ep that revitalized this similar sound on his latest track SOLE M8s. I hope everyone enjoys the rest of their week! Shout out to all the people that have inspired me to keep writing, and a special Thank You to the fans that made Wave Wednesday and all of Mood Indigo possible! You are all truly a blessing!
